Beach Folk Pottery
Terms & Conditions
Draft for review. Last updated August 21, 2026.
About these terms
These terms apply when you browse or purchase from Beach Folk Pottery. By placing an order, you agree to the terms displayed at checkout and to any additional written terms agreed for commissioned work.
Artwork and product information
We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph each item accurately. Colours and scale can vary between screens. Handmade and original works may include natural variations that are part of the artwork rather than defects.
Availability and orders
Original artwork is generally one of a kind. An order is not final until it is accepted and payment arrangements are confirmed. We may cancel or refund an order if an item was sold elsewhere, listed in error, damaged before fulfillment or cannot be delivered safely.
Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Applicable GST and Saskatchewan PST are calculated at checkout where required. Interac e-Transfer orders remain on hold until payment is received and confirmed.
Pickup and delivery
Pickup and delivery timing are estimates and may depend on artwork preparation, weather, carrier availability and the customer’s location. Large, fragile and out-of-area orders may require a separate quote and written approval before payment.
Commissioned work
The scope, price, timeline, revisions, approval process, delivery and payment schedule for commissioned work will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund and Returns Policy in effect when the order is placed. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
Copyright
Unless otherwise stated, the artwork, photographs, text and site design are protected by copyright. Purchasing an artwork or print does not transfer reproduction, licensing or commercial-use rights.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Beach Folk Pottery is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Our responsibility for a product claim will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated from time to time. Questions may be sent to gr**@*****el.net.
